Monday nights: puppy socialization & wine tasting

For ALL dogs under 16 weeks.
This is the age when socialization and early learning are MOST important!

Puppies will learn:
• how to play appropriately with other dogs
• how to use body language and social cues
• how to use their mouths appropriately
• to relinquish treasured objects including food
• to enjoy being handled and groomed
• to enjoy veterinary visits and examinations
• and much, much more

$15 a class / Pay as you go

New obedience classes starting Thursday April 19th at 8pm!

We will be starting our next round of basic obedience classes. This course is for dogs 4 months and up. Dogs and owners will learn all basic commands like sit, stay, down, come, heal, go to your bed, settle down etc. Owners will be educated on how dogs learn, and the importance of strong consistent leadership, We will also be discussing house training, nipping and other common concerns throughout the course.

I will be giving two exciting seminars this month!

Separation Anxiety – Sunday April 22nd at 11am. Separation anxiety is especially troubling in a place like NYC were your neighbors are just behind your wall and can easily overwhelm a dog owner. We will discuss Causes and solutions and address the individual issues of seminar attendees. Well mannered dogs are welcome in class.

Brinaging home baby – Sunday April 29th at 11am. This seminar is geared toward dog parents who are soon to be human parents as well. We will discuss getting you pooch ready to become a big brother or sister. Well mannered dogs are welcome in class.
